Hi guys! Thanks for stopping by! I’m Sam. I’m forever a proud Michigander but I love me some Southern hospitality. I trained in Atlanta and then spent a little time out West in Colorado before settling here in beautiful NC. Nothing makes me happier than creating a personal and comfortable experience for each of my guests. Let me take care of you and all of your hair needs! Cancellations: I require at least a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, 50% payment of what your original appointment cost will automatically be charged. Cancellation fees will not be used as credit for any future appointment. 
 No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify me via call/text/email, 100% payment of your original appointment cost will automatically be charged. Tardiness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. I kindly ask that you try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time if possible. If rescheduling/canceling becomes habit, a 50% deposit will be required at booking. ***PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fees and no show fees may be waived for EMERGENCY situations. If your cancellation is due to an emergency, please inform me upon cancelling.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged so please get in touch if you are unable to make your appointment!
